Job Description


Key responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing Initiatives:
  • Drive all sourcing initiatives, marketing, and advertisement campaigns for recruitment.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build our database/pipeline of candidates and enhance the ATS company brand.
  • Forecasting & Strategy Development:
  • Forecast applicant foot traffic needs based on hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and managers to meet business requirements from internal, external, and referral candidate pools.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other agencies.
  • Provide tactical and strategic support for all sourcing and recruiting needs for the geography, including developing and administering policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
  • Serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage the department’s budget to control for cost-per-hire and maximize the value of the team’s investments.
  • Recruitment Programs:
  • Design and implement campus and community recruitment programs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships, both inside and outside of the organization, to consistently drive innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s/Masters' Degree.
  • 14+ years of experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, & Marketing in a volume hiring BPO environment.
  • More than seven years of leadership experience.
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and strong follow-through is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Proven record of meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
