Responsibilities:


Be an integral part of the pitching, planning and related thinking processes, to develop concepts for advertising or promotional campaigns

Able to work with Project management desk to derive pricing and rate cards for prospective clients

Confident to present range of solutions to client even if it does not require high creative inputs

Introduce ideas/ new initiatives in the world of art, design, media, communication, and creative technology to the team.

Ability to deliver constructive feedback on projects to the team

Ensure consistency in design across all the online and offline marketing channels

Strong conceptual skills in layout and design

Ability to breakdown creative briefs and meet the constraints of cost, time, and client

Work with clients to develop and refine creative briefs that will meet clients’ objectives, when necessary

Work with onsite teams to answer client queries and to advise the client on the best solutions to their brand communication needs

Negotiate with clients to amend ideas in line with their wishes and explain what is and is not possible

Keep clients abreast of progress and answer their questions.

Communication and presentation skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills to pitch ideas to clients or directors and explain their ideas to members of their creative team.

Adhere to workflow processes and best practices in all day-to-day activities. Ensure the same for the extended team as well.

Ensure a high level of quality output, minimize job cycle rework, and find solutions to minimize errors

Inspire the team and instill confidence to boost the team's motivation level

Hire, develop, and manage the creative team

Oversee photo or TV shoots

Select external suppliers/vendors when necessary

Sign off projects/deliveries before they are presented to the client
