Responsibilities:
To make inroads with top-tier, previously untapped brands, a manager must leverage our outstanding background and credentials, including award-winning quality work and successful deliveries. You must aim to open doors with the best brands in the international and Indian markets, showcasing our achievements to influence them to collaborate with us. The key is to strategically reach out to the top brands, their marketing managers, and their senior executives, demonstrating our exceptional track record and giving them the confidence that we can deliver outstanding results. By effectively showcasing our unbeatable history and credentials, we can facilitate meetings between their top management and ours, exploring mutually beneficial opportunities for collaboration.
What you must have:
Knowledge of Marketing and Advertising is crucial for a Business Development Manager as it enables targeted outreach to the right audience, crafts pitches that align with client goals, and showcases the agency's value and impact. It facilitates effective communication using industry language, aids in networking with key decision-makers, and provides insights for offering innovative solutions. Additionally, it helps analyze campaign effectiveness and develop creative, timely solutions to client challenges, enhancing the ability to attract and retain top-tier clients and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with marketing tools and terminology.
Prior experience in Business Development within advertising or marketing agencies.
