KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SAP Fiori, Java, Node.js, Python, ABAP, low code, no code.
  • Experience in SAP technologies, including SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP HANA, ABAP, document /content management systems like DMS, OpenText xECM etc.
  • Experience in non-SAP applications, including Business process mgmt. like IBM BPM /BAW; etc.
  • Experience in Computer Programming, software code /product /program development, administration and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Database, PL/SQL, RDBMS /object RDBMS, NoSQL
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people to enhance understanding and drive to decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
  • Strong analytical, data processing and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in software application testing and performance monitoring
  • Experience of managing applications operations for large scalable infrastructure.
  • Understanding of standards and frameworks such as ITIL, CMM, PCI-DSS, ISO-27001, ISO-22301, etc and lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Better integrate IT with business processes, developing a roadmap for digital transformation, & leading initiatives that contribute directly to optimization of business processes

Deliver value through cost effective solutions and Improvisation of system reliability

Making system self-reliant, by reducing dependency on SI partner (or eliminating them completely)

Building and nurturing a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, or enhancing team capabilities through targeted training programs.

Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, or leading a robust response to IT incidents.

Responsible for managing the software architectural design, configuration, and development, run (operational support) and change management; in an agile way with a DevOps mindset

Implement continuous improvements with focus on quality, stability, usability, maintainability.

Develop, configure, operate, maintain, troubleshoot & support and administer the IT applications in scope like OpenText Extended Enterprise Content Management (xECM), Document management systems, IBM BPM/ Business Automation Workflow (BAW) either directly or via outsourced partners. Take ownership of the application and ensure quality deliverables through best practices.

Ensure that applications are appropriately and sufficiently monitored to provide real-time observation of health conditions

Coordinate with outsourcing partners on new requirements and ad-hoc operational requests and ensure implementation thereof

Ensure availability of applications / systems and infrastructure through real-time monitoring, events and alarms management etc.

Ensure that disaster recovery programs are prepared and implemented to provide business continuity and disaster recovery

Monitor, control, and perform corrective actions based on problem management methodology pertaining to IT Services, tools, systems and applications

Work with the GRC team and assist them to conduct audit and assurance activities

Delivering service using ITIL methodology
