Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to optimize the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Understand current system design and architecture and help define/design IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes aligned to the business needs Assessing system performance and recommending improvements for improved planning and procurement flow Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop system solutions aligned with the current process Lead projects, including the design and deployment of new systems, process, integration and services Playing a lead role in the analysis, design, documentation and implementation, of technology solutions for business processes Collaborate with functional leaders to create better and efficient reports and visualization Investigate and resolve operational issues, complaints, or emergencies that arise unexpectedly Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Implement best practices and tools to improve supply chain processes, streamline operations, and reduce costs. Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor market trends, economic factors, and industry developments to anticipate supply chain risks and opportunities. Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for supply chain optimization, such as ERP systems, data analytics, and automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role , driving operational excellence and delivering results in complex supply chain environments Solid understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices. Should have strong understanding of the functional processes, in areas such as manufacturing, sales and distribution, production execution, logistics execution, procurement, and inventory management, in the ERP systems from end to end perspective to improve processes across manufacturing plants and distribution centers to drive positive financial results. Should have lead and represented business function in at least two enterprise wide IT implementation projects. Strong knowledge of SAP – PP, MM module, Power BI Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices Experience with supply chain technologies and systems, such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and BI tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration  Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable supply chain strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
