Job Description – Marketing Manager:

We are seeking an energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with exceptional leadership and communication skills to join our team as Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. They should be experienced in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development, and adept in both online and traditional marketing. Highly skilled in visual communications, the candidate will lead our marketing efforts to new heights.


Responsibilities:

·      Lead and oversee the marketing department.

·      Perform market research to identify trends and gain knowledge of competitors’ marketing initiatives.

·      Create and execute overall marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.

·      Develop and oversee the annual marketing plan and budget, allocating resources effectively.

·      Organize promotional events and execute the launch of new products.

·      Represent the company and form strategic partnerships with media, oversee public relations efforts, and write press releases.

·      Produce quality online content and manage the company’s publications.

·      Support and boost the team in the conversion of enquiries.

·      Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.

·      Maintain and update customer databases.

·      Evaluate marketing reports and sales data compiled by marketing staff members.

·      Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

·      Create awareness of and develop the brand.

·      Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns.

·      Ideate creative content, including videos and blog posts.

·      Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.

·      Manage the marketing department budget and use financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.

·      Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field.

·      8-15 years of professional marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

·      Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong affinity for sales team success.

·      Strong leadership skills that motivate the sales team to perform beyond expectations.

·      Excellent marketing capabilities and a desire to coach marketing techniques to the team.

·      Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key business indicators and competitive trends.

·      Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

·      Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

·      Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

·      Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

·      Good knowledge of CRM databases, web analytics, and Google AdWords.

·      Experienced with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

·      Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities at one time – to deliver results on time and under budget.
