As we prepare to launch new brands and expand our offerings, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across multiple channels, including our website, Amazon, and offline through expo participation.
Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital and account-based channels. This role involves managing lead generation campaigns, referral programs, Amazon listings, multi-channel content strategies, and funnel design to ensure scalable growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of both direct-to-consumer and account-based marketing and excels at data-driven experimentation and rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation, Funnel Design & Referral Campaigns
Design and implement referral marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for our SDR team to close.
Develop and optimize lead generation funnels, including creating landing pages and nurturing content, to effectively convert our database of expo leads.
Create engaging content for Whats App and Facebook groups, particularly focusing on competitive days to maximize visibility and impact.
2. Multi-Channel Sales Optimization (Website, Amazon, Expos)
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring alignment with broader brand and sales goals across channels, including website and offline expo sales.
Use insights from various channels to refine product messaging, gather customer feedback, and work with product development to introduce refined product versions.
3. Customer Retention & Churn Reduction
Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn, especially during trial periods.
Analyze customer cancellation data and feedback to identify trends, implement improvements, and refine onboarding experiences.
4. Go-to-Market & Product-Market Fit
Work closely with a Fractional CMO and marketing contractors to develop the go-to-market strategy for new brand launches.
Conduct rapid testing of brand stories and customer positioning to refine product-market fit, collaborating with content creators and market research.
5. Content Strategy & Campaign Execution
Coordinate multi-channel content creation aligned with our brand story to drive customer engagement and retention.
Develop, test, and iterate content ideas to enhance SEO, paid marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media presence.
6. Offer & Pricing Strategy Design
Collaborate with leadership to design and test offers and pricing strategies that enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition.
Conduct A/B tests on different pricing and offer structures to identify optimal approaches that align with product-market fit goals and drive conversions.
7. Digital Advertising Strategy & Management
Lead advertising efforts on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Tik Tok, developing targeted campaigns to drive traffic, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Manage budgets, set KPIs, and oversee ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI across platforms.
Conduct A/B testing and collaborate with content creators to test various messaging and creatives to support product-market fit initiatives.
Qualifications
Experience : 4+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role, ideally in a B2 B and B2 C hybrid environment.
Funnel Design & Optimization : Proven experience designing and optimizing marketing funnels to generate leads and conversions effectively.
Skills : Strong analytical mindset, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising, CRM software, and marketing automation.
Content & Creative : Ability to develop creative, high-impact content ideas and work closely with content creators and copywriters.
Customer-Centric : Deep understanding of the customer journey, with experience in customer segmentation, retention strategies, and reducing churn.
Multi-Channel Expertise : Success managing and optimizing sales efforts across multiple channels (e.g., website, Amazon, expos).
Strategic & Tactical : Able to think strategically while executing on the details, balancing long-term growth with immediate testing and adjustments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with working with SEO specialist, influencer marketing, and product-market fit strategies.
Previous success designing and running referral programs and lead generation campaigns.
Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and digital advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik-Tok ads).
