We are looking for a sales champion to join our team and support our rapid growth in Gujarat and Maharashtra. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for profitable sales growth to support our expanding West India footprint. The position ensures that sales targets are met through direct sales to end users/OEMs. The individual will ideally have solid experience in direct B2B industrial sales in HVAC, Pulp & Paper, Wastewater Treatment, Semiconductor as these are our target market segments. Candidate must hold strong technical acumen to drive growth and exceed customer expectations through solution selling.


  • Qualification: Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
  • Job Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Bengaluru
  • Work Experience: 6-8 years


Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development against defined Sales budget plan for assigned Region including top lines sales revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and focus/new product sales.
  • Define the Go-To-Market strategy for assigned Region and ensure that regional sales goals are met consistently.
  • Make structured sales calls on established and targeted channel partners and/or end-users in assigned Region.
  • Present product demonstrations and product information detailing the benefits and features of Purafil products to the end users and major OEMs.
  • Generate leads, compile market information, and develop customer relationships while increasing sales.
  • Provide technical support to consultants, territory contractors, specifying engineers and end customers.
  • Attend Trade Shows and special events as needed to build and enhance customer relationships.
  • Establish regular business review cadence with Contractors/Endusers to ensure accuracy in sales forecast and predictability of business results including regular reviews of Pipeline.
  • Prepare call plans and funnel pipeline updates via CRM – SalesForce
  • Maintain the pulse on the competitive landscape and buying trends.

  • Job role requires minimum 50% mobility, travelling to the different parts of the assigned territory.

  • Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM tool preferred.
  • A proven track record of driving results in an individual contributor role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills of English, proficiency in territorial language is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of potential business pockets along with strong network of decision makers, influencers, and technical buyers in the target segments.
