Position Overview:


We are seeking a Hybrid Country Head for India to lead the launch of CPShub's operations in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading all aspects of the business setup, team development, and market growth. As the face of CPShub in India, the Country Head will build relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry and develop a robust presence in the region.


Key Responsibilities:


     Business Setup:

·      Lead the establishment of CPShub’s India operations, including legal and financial structuring.

·      Build and execute market entry strategies for India, considering local regulations and business practices.

·      Establish and manage office infrastructure, resources, and compliance requirements.


     Leadership & Team Building:

·      Hire, train, and manage a cross-functional team, including sales, marketing, and operational staff.

·      Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, aligning teams with CPShub’s global values and mission.

 

     Market Development & Strategy:

·      Develop and implement strategies to engage with key construction industry stakeholders, including

contractors, developers, suppliers, and authorities.

·      Drive business growth by identifying and nurturing partnerships, signing key clients, and expanding

CPShub’s user base.

·      Build relationships with construction-related industry associations and regulatory bodies.


     Sales & Revenue Generation:

·      Take ownership of regional revenue targets and business development goals.

·      Design and lead initiatives to drive subscriptions and platform usage among construction professionals and

companies.

·      Monitor market trends and adjust business strategies to maintain competitive advantage.


     Brand Building & Marketing:

·      Lead the execution of regional marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

·      Develop thought leadership content, represent CPShub at industry events, and establish the company as a

key player in the construction tech space.


     Operations & Reporting:

·      Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the India office.

·      Provide regular reports to global headquarters on market performance, sales forecasts, and key milestones.


Requirements:


·      Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the construction industry, SaaS platforms, or technology-driven B2B environments.

·      Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the construction sector, industry trends, and regional market dynamics in India.

·      Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

·      Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to work independently, develop a business from scratch, and scale operations effectively.

·      Relationship Management: Strong network within the construction industry in India, with the ability to engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

·      Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

·      Educational Background: MBA or relevant postgraduate degree in business, construction management, or a related field.
