About the Role

This position is to head the Subject matter expert team across the country under FM Platform to support business segments to provide technical expertise for their operational needs, technical trainings, to deploy global processes, Technology to enhance service delivery and experience and to support segment sales team to design the solution for FM business.

This position also required to explore the market for new technology, tools to propose segment and sales team to innovative solution.

Location : Mumbai or Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and build a SME team to provide technical support to segment operations team
  • Train and provide exposure to SME team on India process and technology
  • Provide / Validate Business development support for Capability Presentation, scoping of technical requirement and help for FM services delivery solution
  • Provide expert opinion to resolve site related issues and conduct audit / study for improvements
  • Drive the deployment Electrical Authorization & AMF program across country
  • Support deployment of Sodexo global tools for FM like AMF, Maximo, SSF and other tools deployed by Global team from time to time
  • Ability to lead new business expansion projects , AMC’s & engineering audits, developing SOPs, determining profit ratio, evaluating vendors, managing the techno-commercial activities like negotiations, terms & conditions and finalization of the contract
  • Excellence in managing equipment lifecycle, formulating and implementing cost-effective model, ensuring the ROI while directing the budgeting tollgate and capacity management functions with focus on profitability
  • Skilled in formulating and implementing strategies with respect to transition of the entire facility, setting-up new facility across geographical locations, liaising with government authorities including the planning & maintenance
  • Attend client meetings to support segment for both prospective & existing client to demonstrate Sodexo core value and capability
  • Explore market innovation and cascade to segment to establish a business case and further deployment.
  • Collaborate with segment for business growth

Key Requirements

  • Should be a BE/B.Tech by qualification
  • Should have 20+ yrs of Technical operations and maintenance experience.
  • Ability to tie business value to process efforts
  • Change management
  • Should have worked FM industry expertise
