Skillzcafe is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, engage potential clients, and support the growth of our e-learning solutions. This role focuses on targeted outreach and strategic refinement, alongside leadership responsibilities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  1. Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Research and define potential customer segments and target companies.
  2. Find Contact Details: Source accurate contact information for decision-makers.
  3. Outbound Communication: Engage prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
  4. LinkedIn Outreach: Send connection requests and personalized messages to generate leads.
  5. Email Template Creation: Develop and adjust email templates based on market feedback.
  6. Refine GTM Strategy and ICP: Continuously improve our Go-To-Market strategy and refine ICPs based on successful outreach patterns.
  7. Presentation & Document Creation: Prepare PowerPoint presentations and document templates for client pitches.
  8. CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM records for tracking interactions and leads.
  9. Lead Demos: Conduct product demos for qualified leads to showcase our e-learning solutions.
  10. Interview Sales Manager Candidates: Participate in the hiring process for other sales managers, assessing their potential to drive sales.


Performance Expectations: Achieve 50-100 daily connections across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in tech or e-learning.
  • Skilled in CRM management, high-volume outreach, and lead generation.
  • Strong presentation skills, with an ability to lead demos and mentor team members.
