Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry, and a passion for building client relationships and driving sales. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
  1. Client Management:
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  1. Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Track sales metrics and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
  1. Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Offer exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sales support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery coordination.
  1. Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and promotions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of office furniture trends and products is a plus.
