POSITION NAME: Business Development ExecutiveLOCATION: GurgaonVACCANCY: 5Exp.: 2-4 yearsAbout the Role:We are looking for passionate and proactive Business Development Executives who can drive partnerships, B2B collaborations, with institutes across India. The role involves identifying and onboarding institutes, managing relationships with faculty and placement cells, and ensuring smooth executionThis position is ideal for someone who loves networking, pitching impactful initiatives, and creating large-scale opportunities for students and institutions.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and connect with edtech institutes for partnerships.Pitch AbilityEx development programs to placement heads, TPOs, and college management.Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person meetings and presentations with decision-makers.Build and maintain a database of partner institutions and maintain CRM updates. · Drive registrations• Coordinate with the internal operations & marketing team for event execution and promotional materials.• Ensure target achievement in terms of number of colleges onboarded and revenue generated per workshop.• Maintain long-term relationships with colleges and training partners for recurringengagements.• Collect feedback and testimonials to improve program quality and outreach effectiveness.• Facilitate MoUs and partnership agreements with institutions.• Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, conversions, and event outcomes.Key Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).Strong networking and relationship-building ability.Experience in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, or College Outreach (preferred but not mandatory).Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with strong follow-up skills.Basic understanding of EdTech / Career Development / Workshop-based businesses is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite/ CRM tools.Perks & Benefits:Performance-based incentives and commissionsOpportunity to work directly with leadership and industry experts Career growth in the EdTech and B2B Partnership domain Access to AbilityEx premium programs and workshops
