Presently, we operate a network of 100+ stores spread across 30 cities, serving the diverse needs of over 1 million retail customers.
In the enterprise domain, we deliver comprehensive end-to-end device lifecycle management and tailored technology solutions to a clientele exceeding 1500 customers. By merging innovation with profound industry expertise, Ample provides clients with bespoke solutions, empowering them to attain a competitive advantage in their respective business landscapes.
Key Role Responsibilities
Sales & Profitability:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, increase profitability, and drive customer acquisition.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize store performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and promotional campaigns.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure that every customer receives a personalized and luxury shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values.
- Handle VIP and high-net-worth customers, providing them with exceptional service and attention.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and professionalism.
Store Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure the store layout, product displays, and promotional materials align with the premium brand’s aesthetic and guidelines.
- Manage store budget, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
Visual Merchandising:
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an aspirational and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure timely execution of promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent shrinkage and optimize stock management.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure the store adheres to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on premium or luxury brands.
- Proven track record in driving sales and leading successful teams in a high-end retail environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail, with a focus on store presentation and customer service excellence.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex customer service issues with diplomacy and discretion.
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and premium customer expectations.
