Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in bulk hiring, tech, or non-tech recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Planning:
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies for bulk, tech, and non-tech roles to meet organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and align recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Set clear performance metrics and provide regular feedback to enhance team productivity.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment:
  • Leverage analytics to track recruitment metrics, assess hiring performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Implement best practices to enhance engagement and retention of potential hires.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Enhance the company’s employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Represent Desire Energy Solutions at career fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Streamline recruitment workflows and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.


Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in bulk hiring and/or specialized tech/non-tech roles.
  • Proven experience managing and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment technologies.
