We are currently hiring for three profiles – Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior roles in Business Development.
Location: Kharghar
Working model: Hybrid (3 days WFO 2 days WFH)
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Budget: 40K - 80K (Depending on current CTC and work experience)
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, with a focus on the D2C brands in India & expanding into international markets.
- Lead pitches and presentations to secure new business partnerships, particularly in the D2C space after thorough research.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities both domestically and internationally.
- Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring all interactions are well-organised and up to date.
- Work independently to gather client requirements, ensuring they are well-documented and communicated internally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create custom solutions that align with client objectives, including digital marketing strategies and website development.
- Utilise your experience in setting and hitting targets to drive measurable outcomes, enhance ROI, and boost conversion rates for clients.
- Work closely with branding specialists, performance marketers, and tech experts to integrate creative solutions into comprehensive marketing plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development and revenue generation within a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, UGC and website development.
- Ability to work on targets and drive revenue growth through new business acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
