Responsibilities: 

∙Receive and process orders from customers. 

∙Ensure accurate entry of order details into the QuickBooks system. 

∙Coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to fulfill orders in a timely manner. 

∙Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, payments, and product availability. 

∙Utilize QuickBooks for various financial transactions, including invoicing and payments. 

∙Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks. 

∙Generate sales order confirmations and purchase orders in QuickBooks for customer and 

supplier communication. 

∙Prepare and send packing slips and invoices to customers. 

∙Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. 

 

Requirements: 

∙Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with proficiency in QuickBooks. 

∙Strong understanding of order processing and shipping coordination procedures. 

∙Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping. 

∙Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. 

∙Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 

∙Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting. 

∙Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

∙Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices. 

∙Experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries is a plus.
