The job description for the Service Delivery Manager position outlines key responsibilities across various domains:
P&L Management: The role involves creating, strategizing, and signing off P&L budgets, ensuring achievement of revenue and operational targets, conducting regular reviews, and leading cost-related initiatives.
Sales & Client Management: Responsibilities include delivering excellent service to clients, ensuring renewals, identifying cross-selling opportunities, proposing new offerings, supporting sales teams, and sharing customer insights.
Service Delivery and Project Management: This entails overseeing project, program, and portfolio management, ensuring smooth project delivery, driving change management, and governing delivery leaders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Performance Management: Involves cascading goals, managing team performance, rewards, and appraisals.
Resource Management & Utilization: This includes identifying staffing requirements, reviewing resourcing and utilization plans, and collaborating with relevant teams.
The job requires a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience and skills such as excellent people management, knowledge of global IT systems, client-facing experience, domain industry expertise, and analytical capabilities.
The candidate should possess a Masters/Professional Degree and be capable of working closely with vertical leaders, sales teams, and offshore counterparts to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
