Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive individual to join our team as a Healthcare Sales Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and individual healthcare providers. Your primary objective will be to communicate our agency's capabilities in promoting their services effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Engagement: Initiate and nurture relationships with healthcare institutions and professionals, understanding their marketing needs and challenges.
  2. Presentation and Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase our agency's marketing solutions, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with us to enhance their visibility and patient engagement.
  3. Customized Solutions: Work closely with our marketing team to develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the unique objectives of each healthcare client.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and securing commitments for marketing services.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare marketing landscape to inform our approach and maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
