JOB DESCRIPTION :

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a performance-based and target-oriented position that requires a high-energy individual with a passion for digital media and sales . The ideal candidate must be familiar with Social Media lead generation, lead capturing, sales marketing, and client acquisition .

TIMINGS & DAYS : 

  • MONDAY TO SATURDAY. Day shift. Your regular working hours will be (11am-7pm), adhering to the company's standard working schedule.
  • ROTATIONAL Night shifts will be assigned based upon work requirements.
  • Ability to commute/relocate


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, networking & research.

- Lead Capturing: Utilize Lead Data & CRM tools to capture, track, and manage leads efficiently. Ensure all lead information is up-to-date and accurately entered.

- Sales Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales marketing strategies to promote our digital media growth management solutions. Create compelling verbal & digital sales pitches and communications.

- Client Acquisition: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and client satisfaction.

- Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market feedback. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Continuously strive to achieve higher sales and exceed expectations.

- Build and Scale an Automated Growth Engine: Develop and maintain a powerful, sustainable, and automated marketing and sales engine that is creatively and systematically organized to align with BIZBoost's shared vision and purpose. This engine should enable continuous growth, driving sales and expansion even during off-hours.

- Innovate and Automate Processes: Continuously innovate and implement automated processes to ensure that BIZBoost’s sales operations are not just efficient but extraordinary. Your focus will be on creating a disciplined operations engine that supports BIZBoost’s vision of selling and growing even while the team is asleep.

- Systemize and Streamline Operations: Ensure that all operations are systemized and streamlined, creating a disciplined and extraordinary sales engine that supports BIZBoost’s goal of continuous growth. Your ability to organize and direct the operations will be critical in maintaining an automated and scalable system.

- Drive Impact Through Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guiding them to execute sales operational strategies that align with BIZBoost’s overarching goals. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in creating a cohesive and scalable system that enables the company to sell and grow even during off-hours.

  • Champion the value proposition of our global platform and suite of growth services.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through effective strategic initiatives.
  • Lead complex negotiations with finesse and professionalism.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Explore and penetrate new sales territories and markets to expand our reach.

Salary Structure :

- Base Salary FIXED as Executive *strictly subject to sales performance evaluation

- Upto 10% Incentive per sale, in addition to the base salary.


QUALIFICATIONS :

- CANDIDATES HAVING 6 months - 1 year relevant experience.

- Proficiency in leveraging verbal skills, convincing skills & technology to drive sales and marketing initiatives.

- Passion to Pursue lead generation, conversion marketing, and client acquisition .

- Proven experience in sales within the digital media industry.

- Understanding of Social media, digital and growth management platforms.

- Exceptional verbal, digital marketing communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Fast Learner & Adaptive Mindset in CRM, sales strategies & tools.

- Self-motivated & Self-Disciplined with a high level of initiative.

- Ahead of Shepherd.

- Ability to Execute Skillset, Toolset & Mindset to drive results.
