With a learnerbase across 100+ countries, Edureka continues to set benchmarks in driving impactful learningoutcomes and learner success.Key Responsibilities● Own end-to-end performance and growth of assigned program categories.● Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and learner needs to optimize category strategy.● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive enrollment and revenue targets.● Develop pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies for assigned categories.● Track and report category KPIs, including conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.● Build relationships with university partners and manage operational execution.● Identify opportunities for new programs and content enhancements within the category.Requirements● 8–15 years of experience in EdTech, higher education, or related sectors.● Strong understanding of program management, revenue planning, and category strategy.● Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions.● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
