About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, specifically with companies like MakeMyTrip, Cox & Kings, Cleartrip, Ixigo, Yatra, Thomas Cook, EaseMyTrip, Expedia or similar company is a MUST. You will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making, ensuring the financial health and growth of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Financial Reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Drive the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business growth.
  • Oversee Taxation, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, working closely with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team, supporting long-term business goals.


Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA/MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance roles within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, taxation, and statutory reporting.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
