Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with excellent communication and time-management skills, capable of handling a wide range of tasks with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities:


• Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

• Assist in preparing for meetings, including agenda setting and minute-taking.

• Track and follow up on action items and deadlines for various projects.

• Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.

• Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

• Coordinate with other departments and team members for various tasks and projects.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
