Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India CRISIL Limited Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced consultant to join our urban infrastructure practice. The successful candidate will work with our team of experts to provide strategic advice and technical assistance to clients on urban infrastructure projects, including SWM, water and wastewater, urban utilities, state and/or central govt., programmes etc. The consultant will assist in the planning, design, and implementation of projects, and will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on urban infrastructure trends, best practices, and new technologies to stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to develop and implement urban infrastructure projects
  • Provide strategic advice and technical assistance to clients on urban infrastructure projects, including project planning, design, and implementation.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with urban infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's urban infrastructure practice.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, architecture, managment or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in urban infrastructure planning, design, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and quality in work products.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend project meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in engineering, architecture, Managment or a related field.
  • Professional certification in urban planning, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with government agencies, private sector companies, and community groups.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and resilience principles and practices.
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
