Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at #ARM Worldwide in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, conduct interviews, and manage the overall recruitment process.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment, Interviewing, and Selection skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with recruitment
  • Experience in using recruitment tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is beneficial
