Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Analyze and optimize payment processes, focusing on SWIFT, IMPS, and RTGS systems.

Duties include, but are not limited to:


This role requires a strategic thinker capable of Gather and document business requirements for payment solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Payment Systems Expertise: Ensure seamless integration and functionality of SWIFT, IMPS, and RTGS.
  • Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve payment processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their payment needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payment processes comply with regulatory standards.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of payment systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on payment system performance and suggest improvements.
  • Training: Provide training and support to users on payment systems and processes.
