Job Overview: As a Boutique Manager at Aulerth, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting Aulerth's brand values. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering a luxury retail experience, with a strong focus on client relationships, product knowledge, and creating an inviting store environment. Additionally, the Boutique Manager will play a key role in expanding Aulerth's presence in the region by fostering meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and third parties.

The specific responsibilities would include.


Sales & Client Experience:

• Drive sales by creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.

• Maintain knowledge of Aulerth’s collections, sustainability practices, and brand ethos.

• Ensure the boutique meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.

• Manage client relationships, including VIP clients, ensuring they receive personalized service and exclusive event invitations.

• Organize and execute in-store events, including private viewings for select clientele.


Store Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards.

• Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.

• Monitor and manage the store's performance reports, tracking footfalls, conversions and sales. Business Development:

• Expand Aulerth’s presence in the region by helping the brand build meaningful relationships with local clients, partners, and third-party platforms.

• Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with key partners to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic to the store. Marketing &


Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and client outreach initiatives.

• Assist with the implementation outreach activites, offering special experiences to loyal customers or those interested in specific designs.

• Support partnerships with third-party platforms, ensuring the brand’s discount policies are clearly communicated to the team.


Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion.

• Demonstrated ability to expand business in a region, with a strong focus on building partnerships and fostering relationships.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.

• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

• Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, sustainability trends, and visual merchandising.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Experience in managing financials, including sales reports, inventory, and budgets.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

• Passion for fashion, sustainability, and customer service excellence.
