JOB ROLE: LinkedIn lead generation specialist and email marketing expert
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: INR 30,000 to INR 50,000 (performance-based in-hand)
Overview:
As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging the power of LinkedIn's sales tools to drive business growth and revenue generation. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the usage of LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential prospects, nurture relationships, and ultimately drive sales conversions. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you'll develop and execute strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on the Indian market.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and can use other tools to identify and qualify potential leads, prospects, and decision-makers within target industries and companies.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with prospects via LinkedIn messaging, email, and other communication channels.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation through proactive prospecting and networking efforts, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of LinkedIn campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and messaging tailored to specific target audiences and buyer personas.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the LinkedIn platform to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Twenty7 INC’s PR and Digital Marketing features and solutions, functionality, and capabilities, and provide ongoing support for clients..
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with LinkedIn or similar sales prospecting tools in a B2B and B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Certifications or training in LinkedIn Marketing or social selling techniques or LinkedIn Lead-generation are desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
