We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist located in Gurugram. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for leveraging various online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google and others) and strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive traffic to our landing pages and capture qualified leads.

You will develop and implement strategies to generate leads and track performance metrics to optimize lead generation activities.

Your primary objective will be to increase brand visibility, attract potential customers, and ultimately boost sales conversions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital lead generation strategies to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the landing pages.Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.Create and optimize targeted digital advertising campaigns across different platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads,

Ads, etc.Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for lead generation and stay ahead of industry trends.Design and execute compelling landing pages, lead magnets, and other lead capture mechanisms to engage visitors and capture their contact information.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and make data-driven optimizations for improved results.Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, sales, and ecommerce teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing and lead generation techniques, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement.

QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing, particularly in lead generation and driving traffic to ecommerce stores.Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, etc.Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in lead generationStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different digital channels.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldCertification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
