KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


EA to the Managing Director is a multifaceted role that involves supporting the MD in various projects from inception to completion, ensuring everyone align with the organization goals. The role involves supporting the managing director in all his strategic initiatives and helping him achieve his objectives. It requires coordination with senior management in driving critical projects.

  • Manage schedules, organize meetings and events, handle confidential information, and create compelling presentations for high-level meetings
  • The EA communicates clearly with stakeholders, follows up with senior leaders, functional heads on the progress of planned activities and outcomes and drives them to closure Manages the MD’s different priorities by planning scheduling reviews. He / she adeptly documents the action items planned during the meetings and circulates the minutes of the meeting.
  • The EA compiles actions and deliverables assigned by the MD to the the senior leadership and follows up for closure He/ She ensures smooth coordination among the leaders to remove bottlenecks in team initiatives and ensures fast progress of actions. Reports to the MD on the status Escalates any loss of traction or non-progress to the MD
  • Keeps track of individual actions of MD and supports him to delegate wherever required. Follows up for closure
  • He / She gathers data, creates reports helps analyses data to assist the MD in data driven actions
  • Document all correspondence, projects status and any critical contracts financial /pricing updates. Maintains Emails in appropriate folders and helps retrieve important information from archived mails. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information. Maintains financial documents and important files
  • Manages complaints and escalations to the MD and support MD in response action taken and closure
  • Supports in organizing events, strategic meetings, client, trustees and stakeholder visits
  • Ensures weekly monthly report updates from function leaders are obtained and sent to MD
  • EA Collates prepares insightful reports and a dashboards and KPIs critical at the organizational level
  • Prepared the executive summary to MD for business ,critical literatures, project reports and Industry journals



Candidate Specifications:

  • Master’s in Business administration from a good B School PMP certification is an added advantage
  • 2- 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant/PMO to Chairman/ CEO/ Managing Director
  • Must be a go getter ,is action oriented and results oriented.
