About the Role
We are looking for Energetic Area Sale Manager from ENT division Medical device company in Ahmedabad.
Support the learning and development of the sales team. Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads. Track and report all sales activities. Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis. Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies. Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations. Reviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each month. Create and implement the plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales. Map the potential of the territory and relates it to market trends and competitors' activities. Profiles, assess potential, prepares target list, and enlists new doctors as per business requirements. Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency. Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience. Relevant experience in ENT. Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills. Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language. Intermediate level of English. Good written and verbal communication skills as appropriate.
