Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Telesales Executive/Sales Executive in Real Estate at Lively Homes Realty. The Telesales Executive/Sales Executive will focus on selling properties to prospective buyers, conducting telesales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves liaising with clients, maintaining client relationships, and closing sales over the phone.


Qualifications

  • Min 2 Years of experience in telesales or sales in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • High school diploma or equivalent


Additional qualifications and certifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
