**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers and provide accurate information about features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, including negotiation, closing, and post-sale services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide timely and responsive customer support to address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 6 months to 3 years of successful sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Noida.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
