We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our team. If you're a self-starter, adaptable to change, and a go-getter with a zeal to work with constant breakthroughs to achieve the desired results, you'll fit right in with our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Educational Outreach: Connect with the targeted officials to promote our specialized JEE/NEET preparatory programs.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform engaging online presentations for educators demonstrating the value and impact of our courses.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Work under guidance to negotiate and secure contracts, ensuring alignment with educational goals and requirements.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions to foster long-term engagements.
  • Market Research: Assist in gathering insights on educational trends and competitor activities in the JEE/NEET prep market.
  • Sales Targets: Support the team to meet collective sales goals through effective lead generation and follow-ups.


Requirements:


  • Recent graduates or individuals with up to one or two years of experience, ideally with an internship in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing others.
  • Interest in the education sector, particularly in competitive exam preparation.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and digital presentation tools.
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Education, or related disciplines.
