Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Talent Attraction: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent from the industry, including employer branding initiatives, corporate connections, and other engagement efforts.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance the company's presence on various platforms (social media, job portals, etc.) to establish a strong employer brand, making the company an employer of choice.
  • Corporate Connect: Build relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and professional networks to create pipelines for future talent.

End-to-End Recruitment Process Management

  • Sourcing & Screening: Efficiently source candidates using job portals, social networking sites, vendor hiring, and referrals. Screen resumes to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess the candidates’ qualifications, then coordinate with the hiring managers for further interviews.
  • Interview Process Oversight: Ensure seamless coordination between departments and interviewers to maintain an efficient and timely interview process.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Manager Coordination: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the hiring managers and HR team to streamline the recruitment and decision-making process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and feedback mechanisms.

Sourcing & Recruitment Channels

  • Diverse Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, vendor partnerships, and referrals to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Cost-Effective Sourcing: Monitor and manage the cost of sourcing through various channels to maintain budgetary control over recruitment expenses.

New Hire Onboarding & Joining Formalities

  • Newcomer Facilitation: Manage and coordinate the joining formalities of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Onboarding Experience: Ensure all necessary documentation, orientation, and introductions are completed, providing new hires with a positive start in the company.
