Role- Ecommerce Specialist

Location- Chennai

Exp-3-6 Years

Shift- Rotational (24x7)

Role-

1. Manage and monitor e-commerce operations ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

3. Utilize Adobe Analytics to gather and analyze e-commerce data identifying trends and insights to optimize performance.

4. Conduct regular audits of e-commerce systems, processes, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

5. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues related to website.

6. Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns including website updates, promotions, and content creation.

7. Provide support to the customers and address any website related inquiries or issues with agreed timeline

Key Requirements-

1. Previous experience in e-commerce operations

2. Proficiency in using Google or Adobe Analytics to analyze e-commerce data.

3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
