Job Description : Performance Marketing Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Gamenation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's digital marketing efforts, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads), retention marketing, and funnel optimization in the ecommerce space. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maximising ROI, increasing customer acquisition and retention, and optimising the online sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns, to achieve performance targets.Plan, implement, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions.Lead retention marketing initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, whatsapp marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer segmentation strategies, to enhance customer lifetime value.Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimise marketing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and ecommerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the ecommerce industryProficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Ads certification.Experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns across various platforms.Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.Familiarity with retention marketing strategies, including email marketing, CRM systems, and customer segmentation.Solid understanding of ecommerce sales funnels and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable business outcomes.
