The Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join the We Are Amnet team to drive new business leads and brand awareness by creating and implementing our content marketing & social media strategy. You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing who is based in London, UK and you will be working within a small marketing team who are based in various locations across India, this is a new role so you have the opportunity to really make it your own.


The Content Marketing & Social Media Executive is responsible for writing blog posts, emails, case studies, website content and any other content which requires an expert copywriter. You must have fantastic written and spoken English and a flair and passion for copywriting. You will also be responsible for creating email campaigns in HubSpot, posting on social media and running successful LinkedIn Ads.


We are looking for a dynamic individual with an innovative and creative mindset who is self motivated and thrives both as an independent worker and as part of a small team.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excelling in fast paced environments effortlessly juggling multiple short and long term projects.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning & implementing the content marketing plan

Creating a social media strategy & social media schedule

Managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube Pages

Running LinkedIn Adverts

Work with internal video team to create content for social media & YouTube from webinars

Research into new content topics / current industry trends / competitor content

Identify external industry influencers to produce thought leadership pieces

Write blog posts and work with the SEO specialist to effectively optimise for SERPs

Source appropriate images for the blog posts

Proofread content when needed

Write marketing emails and create automated workflows in HubSpot

Create engaging email campaigns to drive engagement and new business enquiries

Manage the production of larger content pieces

Make recommendations to Head of Growth Marketing to improve performance of content & social media

Report on success of all activities to the Head of Growth Marketing


Experience:


Must have:

Exceptional written and spoken English language skills. In both US & UK English.

Minimum of 4 years experience in copywriting

Experience using marketing software and CRM systems (HubSpot ideally)

Minimum of 1 years experience in email marketing

Examples of previous copywriting

Minimum 2 years experience running Linked Ads with demonstrated success

Solid experience in managing social channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube


Nice to have:

Experience working within the creative production industry

Experience working within a remote team

Graphic design skills

Experience using HubSpot

Video editing experience
