Position Overview

As a Social Media Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. Your role will involve creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong copywriting skills and background knowledge in skin and hair care.


Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms.

- Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, e-commerce, and the skin and hair care industry.

- Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all social media channels.


Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in handling social media communications, preferably in the e-commerce or retail space.

- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

- Basic graphic design skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , etc.).

- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.

- Background knowledge in skin and hair care, and health.

- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
