Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Engineer at ADSD Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Noida. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for Identifying New Business Opportunities for Industrial Projects in Chemical Sector, Waste to Energy Sector, Utilities Projects, Power Plants, Boilers, Balance of Plant, Renewable Energy, Water Treatment Project, Fertilizer Projects etc. The main responsibility to identify the new business opportunities in Tender Business and Private Clients, start dicussions to understand the Project Needs, Attend Pre-Bid Meetings, Prepare Proposals, Develop Estimation, Submission of Proposal and discussions with Client, Clarify Technical and COmmercial Queries, Prepare Draft Contract, Sign and get the Contract into Execution, Mobilize Advance Payments and handover to Project Team. Develop and identify compitition in each segment, tasks such as market research, communication with clients, sales activities, and marketing strategies to promote the group's services and products effectively.


Qualifications

  • B.Tech with 3-4 Yrs of Experience
  • Willing to Travel and Develop Clients (Domestic and International)
  • Preferred background from above Sector mentioned
  • Analytical Skills and Market Research expertise
  • Strong Communication and Sales abilities
  • Marketing knowledge and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the industrial or consultancy sector is a plus
