Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project execution.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the manufacturing sector.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, and market dynamics.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
