Key Responsibilities:Lead the technological strategy and architecture for the video surveillance platformEnhance the existing App, strategize and give directions to develop new unified next-generation surveillance solutions, and oversee the technical roadmap.Manage the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge video analytics and AI-driven surveillance technologiesEnsure robust cybersecurity measures across our video surveillance ecosystemDrive innovation in real-time video processing, storage, and transmission technologiesEvaluate and implement emerging technologies in computer vision, machine learning, and video analyticsCollaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specificationsOversee the technical team's development of scalable, secure, and high-performance surveillance applications

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field10+ years of senior technical leadership experience in video surveillance, security technologies, or related domainsProven track record of developing and scaling video surveillance platformsDeep expertise in video analytics, computer vision, and AI technologiesStrong background in cloud architecture and distributed systemsExtensive experience with video streaming technologies and real-time processingProven ability to design secure, scalable software architecturesDemonstrated experience in machine learning applications for video intelligence

Technical Competencies:Advanced knowledge of video compression standards (H.264, H.265, MJPEG)Expertise in video management systems (VMS) architectureProficiency in AI and machine learning frameworksExperience with edge computing and IoT video technologiesStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles in surveillance systemsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Programming languages: Python, C++, JavaDatabase technologies for video metadata and analytics
