About the Job:


We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Bangalore. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Location: Bangalore

Mode: Work From Office


Responsibilities:


Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Manage the recruitment process by tracking candidate progress and updating candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the recruitment process

Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to attract potential candidates

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process

Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures

Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Use your learnings to continuously develop knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

2 year of experience in recruitment or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Self-motivated and willing to take initiative

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
