We are looking for retail operation manager, who will oversee the daily operational activities of the retail loan operation. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loan operations, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of retail loan products like car loan, personal loan and two-wheeler loan.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Worked in retail asset operations for audit and disbursement of Car Loan, Personal Loan & Two-Wheeler Loan.

·      File checking and processing as per the defined checklist, ensuring that relevant policies and processes are adhered to.

·      Setting up/Streamlined the Reconciliation process for the payments received through IARC Resolution Portal.

·      Provide training to Operation team for daily updates and disbursement related activities.

·      Updating data in system to generate customer loan account, processing data and releasing loan disbursement.

·      Authorisation of Settlement offer (OTS/MOTS) in LMS.

·      Ensuring service delivery within the defined TAT and maintain high accuracy level.

·      Generating Periodic MIS.

·      Verification of Post disbursement documents & updating in system.

·      Coordination with Retail Loan resolution to issue NOC to customer on time.

·      Reconciliation of collection account.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master’s degree, preferably in commerce.
  • 5+ years of experience in service, banking, and NBFC, along with experience of managing Asset operation.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, databases, Ms. office
  • Must have knowledge of the Reconciliation system.

  • Should be a problem solver, with an ability to negotiate with stakeholders
  • Should be organised and having attention to details, to be able to handle multiple tasks & follow ups.
