Customer Success Specialist

Responsibilities
- Maintaining good relationships between existing and new clients.
- Handling delivery of new sales projects (after sales).
- Responsible for the delivery of the project on a timely basis.
- Handling and addressing all the queries and grievances of the clients.
- Coordinating and updating the project status to clients and management on time.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
- Communicate effectively with the internal team to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Experience in telemarketing or post-sales/ or customer success
- Excellent written and communication skills
- 0 – 3 year experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- US Market B2B is an added advantage
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
- Willing to work in the Night shift.
