Sales and Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Lead Generation Expert with 2 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. They will possess a deep understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold Emails, referrals, and online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand client base, and increase revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry, including software, SaaS and CRM, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client. Close deals in a timely manner to meet sales targets.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in lead generation and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, SaaS, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Contact and qualification lead through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
