Business Development Executive

Cendrol is a leading home construction company headquartered in Bangalore, with offices and teams in Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kochi. Cendrol aims to offer an end to services for home construction owners from finding a property, to design, constructing, and interior design and execution by collaborating with the best real estate and design companies all with the help of the Cendrol technology platform.
Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at Cendrol in Bangalore Urban. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for leading presentations, generating leads, conducting market research, and effectively communicating with clients.
- Leads will be generated in house and prefixed meetings will be assigned to you by inside sales team.
- Developing sales strategies and following up on business leads and referrals
- Travelling to various client locations and meeting sales targets
- Conducting presentations and product demonstrations

Required skills and Expertise:-
- 06 month+ years of experience in high-paced, high-pressure startup.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and should be a quick learner with people management skills.
- You should be a result-oriented, self–starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team cohesion.
- You should possess strong networking, negotiations and relationship-building skills.
- Local Language Proficiency is preferred.
