Job Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a critical role in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for mid to senior management positions within Artha Group. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial hiring and experience in collaborating with reputed consultants.



Key Responsibilities:


Talent Pipeline Development:

  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hiring needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates for mid to senior management roles.
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand organizational needs and create an effective hiring plan.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and onboarding.


Organizational Development:

  • Design and maintain organizational charts, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the org chart and recommend changes based on evolving business needs.
  • Lead performance review processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations for talent management.


Employer Branding:

  • Enhance Artha Group’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Represent Artha Group at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain clear communication.


Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the recruitment process.



Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior management roles.
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage execution-level projects.
  • Work experience with reputed hiring consultants would be an added advantage.



Compensation and Benefits:
