Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Oversee all aspects of campus recruitment, including university partnerships, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives. Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the talent acquisition function, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and inclusive hiring practices. Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Take ownership of leadership hiring processes, including executive search, succession planning, and talent pipelining for key roles. Manage and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Drive digitization efforts within the talent acquisition function, leveraging technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as talent management, learning and development, and employee relations. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Industry exposure: Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leadership hiring and team management. Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and experience implementing D&I initiatives within talent acquisition. Experience with employer branding strategies and campaigns, including social media and digital marketing techniques. Proficiency in TA digitization tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing software, and data analytics tools Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a passion for developing talent and driving team performance. Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex talent acquisition challenges.
