Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:In this position, you will get to:• Recruitment & Selection:o To support in recruitment and selection process.• Induction:o To support in scheduling and conducting the Induction / Orientation Programs forsmooth transition of new entrants.o To ensure completion of various Pre & Post Joining activities for all new hire atrespective location.o To educate employees about the policies.o To ensure workstation, joining kit, laptop / desktop, ID card and access card is arrangedfor new joinee.• Compensation & Benefits / Payroll:o To generate the attendance data from the Biometric machine and making theattendance sheet in excel for the respective location.o To consolidate the inputs of attendance sheet, leave records, statutory contribution,incentive, conveyance, advance / loan adjustment, etc. for the respective location.o To handle employee grievances related to Salary & Compensation Structure andtaxation for the respective location.o To ensure correcting of arrears in salaries, if any.o To collect employee's investment proof forms and supporting documents.• Statutory Compliance:o To ensure all the required all the statutory compliances are followed at the site.o To ensure allotting of UAN to new joinees.o To ensure monthly challan generation and annual reconciliation of statutory payments.• Training and Development:o To support in identifying, compiling and analyzing training needs of the Organization/Individuals.o To support in preparation of quarterly / half yearly training calendar to organize thetrainings.o To support in arrangement of internal / external trainings as per training calendar.o To monitor & record attendance, feedback of training and evaluation of effectiveness oftraining.o To ensure and communicate to the HR Manager the necessary training needs for theemployees which might have not been captured in the training calendar.1• HR Policies:o To support in initiating and developing business friendly and sound HR processes,policies and practices.• Performance Management:o To interface with Managers / Head of Departments for performance mapping of eachindividual.o To monitor and facilitate the performance review feedback.o To facilitate PMS process at the respective location and ensure effective and timelyclosure of the process.o To facilitate PMS orientation workshop for managers and employees.o To ensure objective / goal setting is completed as per the SMART format.o To solve employee concerns / queries, if any.• Database Management:o To maintain & update employee database: Employee’s statutory related data, attrition,new hire, appraisal for the respective location.o To provide data analysis / reports as and when required.• HR Audit:o To handle HR Audits and guiding the team for HR Process audit on timely basis.YOU HAVE:• Academic background in MBA / PG in Human Resources• Previous experience in or with 8 to 12 Years in HR Generalist role• Skillso HR Expertise and Complianceo Interpersonal Skillso Planning, Scheduling and Organizing
